SPA ETIQUETTE

To ensure that you and others reap the full benefits of our spa services, please keep the following in mind:

ARRIVE EARLY

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service. Take time to relax and enjoy a beverage in our library. A late start will shorten your Spa experience.

RESPECT OTHER GUESTS

Our spa environment is one of escape and relaxation and cell phones can be disruptive. we would ask that you turn your cell phone off. Unless your child has a spa appointment, we respectfully request that you find alternative care for the duration of your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments either a la carte, single service or packages must be guaranteed with a credit card or be pre-paid,. In all cases a full 24 hour notice of cancellation must be given otherwise you will be charged 50% of the services that were booked, or forfeit 50% of the gift certificate's value. All no shows will result in a 100% charge.

PRICES

All prices are quoted in Canadian funds and do not include taxes (or gratuities) and are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac.

Gift Certificates

Please use gift certificates before expiry date. If used after expiry date, there will be a $25.00 administration fee.
